We offer FREE delivery for orders above RM250.
Our deliveries are limited to Klang Valley / Greater Kuala Lumpur. Any orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered within 1-2 days.
All orders will be sent via our in-house logistics or through a preferred delivery partner, Grab Express. If you require the parcel to be delivered on the same-day or a specific time, please contact us via sipslurpsoif@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram.
We charge a delivery fee of RM20 for orders below RM250.
Any orders with delivery address outside of Klang Valley / Greater Kuala Lumpur area will be cancelled. The payment system will automatically begin the refund procedure, which takes about 2-7 working days.
If you parcel is delayed, broken, or did not receive, please contact us and we will look into it.
The return policy is only valid for 24 hours. To be eligible for a return, the order must be unused or in the same condition as when it was received. We cannot give a refund or exchange if the time limit has been surpassed.
To return, please email us at sipslurpsoif@gmail.com and we will organize a collection at a cost of RM30. We will send you an email after your return has been received and evaluated to let you know if we accept it. The payment partner will automatically initiate the refund process, which typically takes 2-7 working days.
