An ideal combination of sweet (honey, raspberry, yellow apples), sour (citrus, lemon sorbet, grapefruits coated in brown suger) and savoury (vanilla, white pepper, gentle bitters). Goes down extremely smooth on the tongue with a does of acidity as addictive as crack. It’s kind of wild - what Chenin dreams are made of.
