One of the most elegant skin contact wines we have ever tried! Whole bunches of grapes, still on the stem, spend 9 months in airtight steel tanks (one kind of carbonic maceration). The grapes are then pressed and poured into old oak barriques for 2 1⁄2 to 3 years of ageing.
It’s clean, focused and gently structural, with a deft touch of barrel ageing overlayed by honey and quince, this is a wine with great balance and a lot of energy.
