Momento Mori wines are full of character, freshness, purity and above all else, they are alive. Whole bunch skin contact for 3 weeks, fermented and aged on full lees in stainless steel, racked once before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered.
Cloudy, golden yellow. Bright, tropical fruit punch nose and palate of mango, lychee, pineapple, and passionfruit. A hint of hops at the opening that softens with exposure to oxygen. With great length and evolution, this wine shows well even on the second day. To be served between 12-16ºC
