Born out of 45 years old Pinot Noir vines on schist-limestone soils, this is an unparalleled masterpieces of a red natural wine, exuding pure beauty and radiance. Grapes are partially destemmed and fermented wildly for 12 weeks in steel before aging for 2 years in large, used barrels, before being bottled with no fining, filtration or added SO2.
