Mt Camel Rosé has a salmon pink hue, with reduction on opening. Hints of dried mango and dried papaya on the nose, palate shows soft acidity, linear minerality and dried fruits at the end. Easy drinking with good length and shows well even on the next day. Recommended to decant lightly after opening and serve between 10-14ºC
