It almost puzzled me trying to understand how does a South of France wine can be so low in alcohol but has the complexity like the big boys out there. This wine has deep ruby red, with complex explosion of berries, pepper and mineral. Almost as if I am squeezing the grapes in his vineyard to experience the heat.
The palate is rich, jammy and silky. It has long and complex finish. This wines holds extremely well for couple of days, and it’s crazy when we think of his winemaking methods.
