Fermented as whole bunch with a few months of skin contact for Vermentino and Fiano, a few weeks for Moscato Giallo.. Blended after pressing and aged on lees in stainless steel. Unfined and unfiltered.
Light yellow with a touch of cloudiness. Savoury, herbal nose. The palate shows white pepper, stone fruit, and green, herbal notes. Good potential for aging. To be served between 10-14ºC.
