Momento Mori wines are full of character, freshness, purity and above all else, they are alive. Hand-picked 30-year-old vines from Nikau Farm. The whole bunch is fermented and aged in stainless steel and amphora. Unfined and unfiltered.

Medium deep red with a brown tinge. Reductive nose which softens up after decanting. The palate presents complex layers of jammy black fruits, red fruits, cinnamon, a hint of tobacco and earthiness. To be served between 18-22ºC.
