Nikau Farm represents Dane and Hannah Johns' personal venture within Momento Mori, featuring wines that are meticulously grown, crafted, and bottled from their family vineyard in Gippsland, Victoria. These wines receive a considerable amount of time, labor, and commitment.

This orange wine stands out with its refined and elegant character, boasting exceptional structure and energy derived from the lean Granitic soils. The time spent in amphora adds another layer of complexity to its profile. Despite being a varietal blend sourced from the same vineyard, specifically the same section, it maintains a remarkably cohesive feel.

Crafted through a wild ferment process, it proudly excludes sulfur dioxide, pumps, additives, and oak, presenting itself as a pure expression of the site, capturing the essence of place and time. Its sealing with premium natural cork and beeswax adds a final touch of quality and authenticity.
