Made from Pinot Noir grapes harvested in 2018 from the schist side of the river that crosses Mythopia. Whole bunches of grapes, still on the stem, spend 9 months in airtight steel tanks (one kind of carbonic maceration). The grapes are then pressed and poured into old oak barriques for 2 1⁄2 to 3 years of ageing. This is a well-balanced wine with tender tannins, cherry and black pepper and a lovely oxidative sweet note.
