Aglianico spends just an evening on skins before being pressed into vats. The second fermentation takes place in its bottles with a little must from the vineyard. A little funk on the nose won’t hurt anybody. Light in body and deliciously tart! Like strawberries and sour cherries intertwined with a touch of spice. This one is for the all-day-drinkers.
