Cecilia originates from a 1.4ha plot, cultivated by Steffi and Eduard from Gut Oggau. The grapes undergo a blend of direct pressing and crushing, with spontaneous fermentation in large wooden vats. No fining, filtering, or additional sulfurization occurs during fermentation. Finally, she matures gracefully in 1500l wooden barrels.
